The foyer opens into the kitchen, great and dining rooms. The fireplace of the cozy great room in the Wedgewood plan provides warmth and enjoyment to the open kitchen and dining room as well. There are double French doors leading out to the rear porch from the great room.
The kitchen has an angled bar with plenty of room for barstools. There is also a large walk in pantry for additional storage. The open concept leading into the dining room also has access to the rear porch.
The homeowners' retreat encompasses the remaining space on the main level of the Wedgewood plan.The master bedroom features a private porch. There is a spacious walk in closet for the owners. The master bathroom has two separate vanities with sinks. There is a Whirlpool soaking tub and a large walk in shower. The main level also includes a powder bath for guests and a spacious utility/laundry room with plenty of counter space for folding clothes.
Guests will enjoy privacy on the upper level with two secondary bedrooms that share a hall bath. One of the bedrooms accesses a private sun deck.
