Empoli House Plan
The Empoli home plan is a small Mediterranean courtyard plan. It offers a unique home style centered around a beautiful outdoor living space. The compact floor plan of the Empoli features a courtyard layout, which is perfect for a swimming pool. With an open layout, the great room, dining room, and master suite all have access to the outdoors. The great room of the Empoli plan showcases a beautiful fireplace and coffered ceilings.
The master suite offers a step ceiling. The master bathroom has a large walk in closet. Walking into the bath area, is a dual vanity and a large walk in shower. There is a study and powder room at the end of the upper wing next to the master suite. The master suite and guest suite of the Empoli plan are on opposite ends of the house to maximize privacy. The guest suite has a full bath and is secluded for added privacy.
The kitchen of the Empoli plan has plenty of counter space, including a center island. An open arrangement of the kitchen, dining area and great room is accented by ceiling treatments throughout the space. The kitchen also has an open concept design leading to the great room. The cozy fireplace heats not only the main great room but also the dining room and kitchen. Below the kitchen area, the hall leads down to the utility room. It has plenty of space to include a folding table and wash tub. A washer and dryer complete the area.
