Magnolia House Plan
The Magnolia plan is a quaint Victorian country style home plan. Not only does the home look huge from the outside, but with the use of cathedral ceilings and plant shelves, the interior spaces far exceed anyone's expectations. If this home could speak, it would say warmly "Come on in!" Charm is detailed throughout the Magnolia home plan's facade with fish-scale siding, arch-top windows and decorative shutters and dormers.
The Magnolia offers a dynamite combination of brick and siding exteriors. The plan features a vaulted ceiling in the living room and dining room. The living room has built-in cabinetry, a fireplace and retreating glass doors leading out to the rear porch. The kitchen is just off the living room and is open to the breakfast nook and dining room. The breakfast nook has access to the rear porch.
The master suite is located on the same side of the home. It also opens up to the back porch. There is a large walk in closet with room for shelving and drawers. The master bath has dual sinks and a luxurious oval soaking tub. The walk in shower is separated in another room.
