Andria House Plan
The Andria plan is a small, luxury floor plan. The pillars in the front of the home give a stately presence to the plan. The Andria plan centers around the great room. Upon entering the foyer, the great room looks out to the rear veranda through sliding glass doors. The great room displays a convenient built-in entertainment center.
Stepped ceilings elevate the atmosphere in the kitchen, dining room, great room, and also in the master suite. The kitchen boasts a spacious island as well as an over-sized pantry and open arrangement with the dining room. Retreating glass walls open the home to a covered verandah where an outdoor fireplace awaits. This is the perfect entertainment space for friends and family.
The master suite of the Andria plan is entered from the great room. It has detached his and her closets. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, an ample double vanity, and a separate toilet room. There is a bedroom and bath on the same side of the Andria plan.
On the other side of the foyer is the study. Since it also has a closet, it can easily be converted to a third bedroom. The utility room is just off of the kitchen. It has plenty of room for the washer and dryer and also for a wash tub and folding table. The utility room leads out to the spacious two car garage. There is also an optional set of drop down stairs leading up to the attic. The Andria home plan offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This 1832 square foot house plan is available with a slab/monolithic foundation.
