Because it is on the second level, Runaway Bay features a raised living area that invites the refreshing ocean breezes and allows distant views. The entry leads through a well-lit foyer to an expansive great room, warmed by a fireplace. Lovely French doors lead out to a screened verandah, perfect for casual meals and morning coffee. The great room is also open to a well-appointed gourmet kitchen and dining area, which also has convenient access to the verandah and sun deck.
On the main level, Runaway Bay houses two guest bedrooms, a hall bathroom and a laundry closet. Upstairs, Runaway Boasts a spacious and private master retreat. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanity and a large walk-in closet. The lower level provides an ample carport with plenty of storage space for your fishing poles and beach chairs.
