Belizza House Plan
Mediterranean house plans are always popular, but few can outshine the Belizza in design. The Belizza house plan is the perfect design for a growing family. From the front, the breakfast nook and garage can be seen before passing through the entrance and foyer. The entry has a barrel vault ceiling. From the entrance of the Belizza plan, the foyer leads to the central great room. The great room, which is open directly to the dining room, connects to the kitchen. The Belizza plan also leads out to the spacious verandah, which bends around the back right corner. The kitchen and breakfast nook on the right side of the house plan, look out towards the front of the Belizza home plan. From the front exterior, there is a turret with three tall windows that house the breakfast nook. The kitchen has a pantry and plenty of counter space. The opposite end of the kitchen is open to the dining room. Stools can be added for more casual dining at the bar. Just to the left of the foyer is a study with a closet. This room can easily be transitioned into a third bedroom. To the left of the study is the utility room. It has plenty of room for an oversized washer and dryer.
The left wing of the Belizza Mediterranean house plan includes a guest bedroom and full bath. The bath can be shared with the guest bedroom, study, and for family members or company. Just above the guest bathroom is the master suite. It is entered through the great room. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that open to the rear veranda. The spacious master bath has a lovely Whirlpool soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The vanity has double sinks. There is a large walk in closet nearby for the owners to share. The two bay garage also helps finish off this expertly crafted plan. There is 1404 square feet of living area in the Belizza Mediterranean house plan, and the foundation is a monolithic/slab.
