Kendric House Plan
Our Kendric is a luxury, Mediterranean home plan. It features 1647 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This floor plan is available with a slab/stem wall foundation. A covered entry welcomes your family and guests alike. The Kendric floor plan is based around the great room at the very center. It creates a central hub of activity for the family. This maintains interaction and easy mobility to the kitchen, breakfast nook and formal dining room. Kendric is an open and airy layout. Wisely using space, Kendric seems larger than its small size.
To the left side of the design, two guest bedrooms and a study share a hall bath. The master retreat is secluded to the opposite side for privacy. It features a luxurious bathroom and sliding glass door access to the covered lanai. The lanai boasts a vaulted ceiling. It also has access to the home's hall bath, making it perfect for a pool addition.

If it is a quality issue, please

After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will
inspect and verify the condition of the item.Upon acceptance of your return, a refund
will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days.

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The time frame for return
must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
Any promotional
gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
All items must be returned in
their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or
altered in any way.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will credit the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days (bank processing time frame).
