Bella Mia House Plan
This is the perfect house plan for the first time home owner. It is just right for a growing family. The entry has a barrel vault ceiling. From the entrance of the Bella Mia plan, the foyer leads to the central great room. It then opens up into the dining room. Both the great room and dining room give way to the spacious rear verandah. The kitchen and breakfast nook on the right side of the house plan, look out towards the front of the Bella Mia home plan. From the front exterior, there is a turret with three tall windows that house the breakfast nook. The kitchen has a nice sized pantry and plenty of counter space. The opposite end of the kitchen is open to the dining room. Stools can be added for more casual dining at the bar. Just to the left of the foyer is a study with a closet. This room can easily be transitioned into a third bedroom. To the left of the study is the utility room. It has plenty of room for an oversized washer and dryer. A wash tub and counter space for folding clothes can be added.
The left wing of the Bella Mia house plan includes a guest bedroom and full bath. The bath can be shared with the guest bedroom, study, and for family members or company. Just above the guest bathroom is the Bella Mia master suite. It is entered through the great room. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that open to the rear veranda. The spacious master bath has a lovely Whirlpool soaking tub and separate walk in shower. The vanity has double sinks. There is a large walk in closet nearby for the owners to share. The two bay garage also help finish off this expertly crafted plan. There is 1404 square feet of living area, and the foundation is a monolithic/slab.
