Westbury House Plan
Consider the Westbury plan's handsome facade, flanked by a box-bay window and a single, bright window dormer. A standing-seam metal roof sets off the left side of Westbury. On the right the window dormer lets the sun shine into a bonus room situated above the double garage. The large bonus room offers even more opportunities to expand your living space.
The foyer unfolds into the dining and great rooms, with instant views through to the back porch. The gourmet kitchen has a corner range, built-in pantry and features a pass-through kitchen bar to the great room. The great room opens up to a covered rear porch. With a built in grille it is the perfect space to entertain friends and family.
A superb master suite is located to the left wing of the Westbury plan. It has a lovely step ceiling. The master bathroom sports a double sink vanity, whirlpool soaker tub, large walk-in closet and double French doors opening onto the rear porch.
